Propel Max
Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms cover Propel Max, the free Google Ads audit at audit.propeldigital.com. They’re short and in plain English. By continuing to Google from our site and connecting a Google Ads account, you agree to them.
Who we are
Propel Max is provided by Bidonomics Ltd, trading as Propel Digital, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11515056. Our registered office is 100 Wing Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 2NN, England.
You can contact us at hello@propeldigital.com.
What the service is
Propel Max is a free, automated audit of a Google Ads account. You give us your email address (and, if you like, your company), connect through Google, choose one account and answer a few questions. Propel Max then reads that account’s data, produces a written audit and emails you a link to it.
There’s no charge and no obligation. The service is intended for businesses.
Our read-only commitment
When you connect, you authorise Propel Max to read the Google Ads data of the account you choose. We only read your data. We use it to produce your audit and to follow up with you about it.
Propel Max will not create, edit, pause or delete anything in your account. Any use of your access beyond this is outside what you have authorised.
Google’s permission screen describes broader access (“see, edit, create, and delete”) because Google offers only one permission for Google Ads. It doesn’t change what you authorise under these terms.
How access works and ends
- When you connect, Google gives us an access token for the account you sign in with. We encrypt it with a key held in Google Cloud’s key management service, and keep it only while it’s needed.
- If you don’t choose an account and start your audit within 15 minutes, the access expires and we revoke it at Google.
- When your audit finishes, or if it fails, we revoke the access at Google and delete the token. If Google can’t be reached at that moment, the revocation is retried automatically.
- We don’t add anyone to your account or notify anyone.
- We don’t add your account to our manager account.
- You can remove the access yourself at any time in your Google Account (opens in a new tab).
Your responsibilities
- Only connect a Google Ads account you’re authorised to connect: your own, or one whose owner has agreed to it being audited.
- Give us accurate details, including a working email address for your report.
- Don’t try to get around the service’s limits or use it in an automated way.
We can’t check that you’re authorised to connect an account, so we rely on you. We limit how many audits can be run, for example to three per email address in 30 days.
The audit is advice
The audit is produced automatically from your account’s data and your answers, with the written analysis generated by an AI model. It can contain mistakes. Its recommendations are yours to act on, or not: Propel Max never makes changes for you, and we don’t guarantee any result from following them.
It isn’t professional, financial, legal or tax advice. It reflects your account at the time the audit ran, and its findings depend on the answers you give.
Your report
Your report is yours to use in your business, and to share as you choose. It’s available at a private link for 90 days. We delete the audit record, including the audited account’s name and ID and the report, 12 months after the audit.
Your Google Ads data remains yours; we claim no ownership of it. Propel Digital keeps all rights in Propel Max itself: the software, the audit method and its design.
How we handle your data
We only read your data. We use it to produce your audit and to follow up with you about it. Your Google Ads data is never sold or used for advertising. The written analysis is generated by Anthropic’s AI model; under Anthropic’s commercial terms (opens in a new tab), your data isn’t used to train AI models.
So that we can follow up on your audit, Propel’s team receives your email address, your company and a link to your report in HubSpot, our customer records system. We don’t send your Google Ads data to HubSpot.
Our privacy policy (opens in a new tab) explains how we handle personal data. Our Security & data page lists where data is stored, how long each kind is kept and every service it passes through.
Our liability
Propel Max is free and provided as it is.
We aren’t liable for any loss of profit, revenue or business, for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the audit. Our total liability to you arising from the service is limited to £1,000.
That limit doesn’t apply to a breach of our read-only commitment or of our data protection obligations.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. If you use Propel Max as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, or change or withdraw the service. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your audit are the ones in place when you connected your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
